Application Requirement Check List:
Submit your online order request through the webstore order checkout process. Minimum purchase of $699.00 required. Maximum loan approval limit currently is $1500.00 per order.

Along with carefully completed application, you must provide:
BANK STATEMENT FROM LAST 30 ACTIVE CALENDAR DAYS
Bank statement must show Minimums of:
-$500.00 in Deposits for the month.
-$150.00 account balance
-5 Transactions for the month.
-Cannot have NSF's (Non sufficient funds), chargebacks, etc.
Clear Photo Copy of Current Drivers License.
Voided Bank Check or Bank Account Verification Form. (Must match Bank Statement Checking Acct#)
Last 30 day Pay Stub including YTD (Year to date) Totals. Must be on current job minimum of 6 months.
(If Self-employed, provide 1099 and current bank statement OR Business License and 3 months of bank statements.)
Submit the carefully completed application and all CLEAR and LEGIBLE requested documents via FAX to (888) 832-7579

(If Co-Applicant included, all References need to be complete and both signatures are required)
Upon completed FAX submission of all requested documents, you will receive an approval response via EMAIL within 24 BUSINESS hours.
If the total cost of your order exceeds your approved amount limit, you must pay the the difference by Debit card, Credit card, PAYPAL or Cash.
The lender will automatically set you up for a 12-month program. Should you pay your loan off in 90 days or less–YOU DON'T PAY INTEREST! Should you wish to pay over a 12 month period, your payments would be based on the *example below.

If you pay off remaining loan balance anytime before the end of the 12 month period, you will receive an "EARLY" buyout discount of 30-35% off the remaining balance due.
