| 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLAN |

The Stainsafe Protection Plan is a five (5) year warranty against staining and damage of your new furniture. If a covered item becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use, Stainsafe will, at no additional cost to you:
1. Provide professional stain removal or repair advice, using the furniture care kit included with your new purchase;
2. If damage or stain persists, Stainsafe will have the item serviced by a professionally trained technician in your home;
3.If the technician determines repairs must be made off-site, the item will be removed and transported;
4.If the technician cannot remove the stain or repair the item, Stainsafe will replace the affected area;
5. If the affected area cannot be replaced, the customer can select a new replacement piece equal in value to the original purchase price of the damaged item.
The Stainsafe Protection Plan includes coverage for:
* Household food and beverage product stains;
* Human and pet bodily fluids;
* Ballpoint pen ink, lipstick;
* Color transfer such as newsprint and blue jeans;
* Cracking and peeling of leather finish;
* Rips, tears, burns, and punctures;
* Perspiration and body or hair oils.
