Exchange and Return Policy
Exchange and Return Policy:

By approving your final invoice and submitting payment for the items you have ordered, you agree to accept the purchase of those items within terms and conditions as follows:

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time prior to the start of the shipping process without occurring any restocking fees, however, if you cancel your order after the shipping process begins, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. Immediately upon delivery, you or a designated person on your behalf, must verify that the correct items have been delivered by performing a visual inspection of the furniture packaging (Boxes, Wrapping, etc.) while the delivery person is still at the delivery location before signing your Bill of Lading and or Bill of Receipt. If all merchandise appears to be in satisfactory condition, you must sign the Bill of Lading stating that your merchandise was delivered in satisfactory condition. Should you find the content of any packaged item to be damaged or defective upon visual inspection, please note the damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading and return the damaged items back to the delivery company for exchange/repair and reshipping at no additional cost to you. PLEASE NOTE ANY TEARS, RIPS, DENTS, SLASHES, SCRATCHES, CRACKS, PUNCTURE HOLES, CRUSHED PACKING OR ANY OTHER DEFECTIVE PACKING PROBLEM THAT MAY APPEAR. Failure to note on the drivers' delivery receipt (BOL) any visible damage of packaging and/or contents upon delivery will void any and all warranties. Also, if needed, you or your designated agent for delivery, will be allowed up to an additional 48 hours after the delivery, to unpack and inspect the delivered items to determine if they are in satisfactory condition. If any items are found to have concealed visible damage*or our not the correct items ordered, take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and EMAIL them, along with a detailed description of the to:

Upon receipt of the photos and description of damaged or incorrect item, BEDTABLESOFA.COM or its designated agent will evaluate the extent and nature of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and reship the exchanged or repaired item at no additional cost to you. Within 48 hours of delivery, if the delivered item(s) are undamaged, but for whatever reason you do not want to keep the item(s), please notify us by EMAIL ONLY, and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, however, you agree that any such refunds or exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price and a return delivery charge equal to the initial delivery fee. Return of any items, damaged, incorrect or otherwise, must be UNUSED and reshipped in the original packing material (Box, Wrapping, etc.) that it was delivered in. Failure to do so may cause any warranties as noted above to be voided at the sole discretion of BEDTABLESOFA.COM. Request for a return of goods for damage repair/exchange or refund for any reason whatsoever after the first 48 hours of delivery will be declined by BEDTABLESOFA.COM and all items purchased will be considered as FINAL, AS IS with no refund.

* "Damaged item" as defined within the scope of your warranty means only those items that damage is clearly visible in the photograph and as identified as located solely on the visual surface area of the item. Any minor damage such as scratches, smudges, fading,etc. found in unseen areas such as underneath or wall facing are consider as part of the normal manufacturing/delivery process and are not covered within your agreement. Additionally, any return of damaged items must be UNUSED and reshipped in the original packing material (Box, Wrapping, etc.) that it was delivered in. Failure to do so may cause any warranties as noted above to be voided at the sole discretion of BEDTABLESOFA.COM
